I work with a lot of small business owners who are hesitant about using social media – they’re too busy running their business to figure out. But this hesitancy also translates into an unwillingness to dedicate resources to it. I get it; when resources are slim, it doesn’t make sense to take a big chance on something you don’t really understand.
This is why I was so excited to see this new survey by oneforty and Kissmetrics, which lists some free social media monitoring tools, perfect for the small business owner who wants to get things done, but isn’t ready to commit to an expensive monitoring package.
